DESCRIPTION
A phase-building process is proposed that will maintain the activity of the current primary and child modules at all times, expanding the school's benefits from the first phase, with the construction of the sports court in the northwest of the site.
The ordination is obtained with the maximum use of the plot without conditions derived from the existing buildings.
In Valls d'Andorra Street, access is concentrated, minimizing the routes. The extension of the sidewalk, the porch for the waiting and the landscaped green area, located across the street, provides an urban space with wide visual domains. A longitudinal axis connected to this area, establishes a sequential relationship between the different uses and facilitates the itineraries to the outdoor spaces. Other transversal relationships between the outdoor spaces are made through the main hall and the porch.
A high, proportional and balanced form factor to the two buildings, Infant and Primary, minimizes roofs and foundations, releases soil for future extensions and / or the increase of the outer courtyards and develops in line with the facilities and criteria of passive design, reinforcing the control of energy costs.
