DESCRIPTION

This architectural proposal describes a center for Superior Teaching and Research for Master and Doctoral studies related to the world of Architecture, Urban planning and Building. The functional specificity, the dynamism, the heterogeneity, the evolving knowledge, the exchange in the flow of information, etc.. of these advanced cycles, have been one of the basic premises to incorporate into our design patterns of modularity in space, employing some effective construction solutions and get an overall image, very open, descriptive of its location yet contemporary.

The building structure the plants according to three modules displaced in east - west due to the inclusion of vertical communication cores. This articulated at all levels common vestibular space where horizontal runs arrive in a ring for the otherness of the itineraries. The largest area stays are located in the south and east facades and small format inside the ring mentioned.
