DESCRIPTION
The implementation of the building on the lot is conditioned by several aspects. On one hand the slope in a West - East, which affects the solar nonuniform, moreover Can Brians road and the route of the high speed train that limit the scope and finally, the existence of a protected forest area, and the farmhouse of Can Margarit to be preserved.
The existing topography don’t recommended implementing an orthogonal grid in which to place the entire building, as disproportionate slopes would require a strong and negative visual impact. We propose a radial pattern, the geometric center of which is located in the farmhouse, which adapts to the topography of the site, replacing the orthogonal grid by a longitudinal street becomes the main circulation axis ordering volumes buildings.
The slope of the land determines the implementation of the different volumes built. It creates a first platform where is located and the access control. The buildings fronting the main longitudinal street sit on another platform, facilitating the relationship between them and consequently the center functionality. These buildings are the control, and communications revenues, the DAE module, and nursing. Residential modules and isolated and punished are arranged orthogonally to the main street with a radial orientation. The central part of the center provides the sports and culture building, and in the northern part of the building workshops and the kitchen.
